Vizualize respects and protects the personal privacy of all users of the service. In order to provide you with a more accurate and personalized service, Vizualize will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. However, Vizualize will treat this information with a high degree of diligence and duty of care. Vizualize will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior permission, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, which will be updated from time to time. When you agree to the Vizualize Service Use Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to the entire contents of this Privacy Policy. This privacy policy is an integral part of the Vizualize Service Use Agreement. 

 

1. Scope of application 

a) The personal registration information you provided when you registered your Vizualize account, as required by the Vizualize. 

b) The information on your browser and computer that Vizualize automatically receives and records when you use the Vizualize web service, or visit the web pages on the Vizualize platform, including but not limited to your IP address, type of browser, language used, date and time of access, information on hardware and software features, and records of web pages that you request. 

c) Personal data of users obtained by Vizualize from business partners through legal means. 

You understand and agree that the following information is not subject to this Privacy Policy：

a) the keyword information you enter when using the search service provided by the Vizualize platform. 

b) Data collected by the Vizualize regarding the information you posted on the Vizualize, including but not limited to participation in activities, transaction information, advertising and evaluation details. 

c) Violation of the law or violation of the rules of Vizualize and the measures that Vizualize has taken against you. 

 

2. Information use 

a) Vizualize will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless prior permission is obtained from you or unless such third party and Vizualize (including Vizualize affiliates) provide the service to you individually or jointly, and after the end of such service, it will be denied access to all information including those it previously had access to such information. 

b) Vizualize also does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information by any means without compensation. If any Vizualize platform user engages in the above activities, Vizualize has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with the user once discovered. 

c) For the purpose of serving users, the Vizualize may use your personal information to provide you with information of interest to you, including but not limited to sending you information about products and services, or sharing information with Vizualize partners so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent). 

 

3. Information Disclosure 

The Vizualize will disclose your personal information, in whole or in part, according to your personal wishes or as required by law, in the following cases. 

a) disclosure to third parties with your prior consent. 

b) It is necessary to share your personal information with third parties in order to provide the products and services you have requested. 

c) Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial bodies in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law, or the requirements of administrative or judicial bodies. 

d) If you have violated the relevant local laws and regulations or the Vizualize Service Agreement or related rules, you need to disclose to a third party. 

e) If you are an eligible IPR complainant and have filed a complaint, disclose to the Respondent, at the Respondent's request, so that the parties can address possible disputes over rights. 

f) In a transaction created on the Vizualize platform, if any party to the transaction fulfills or partially fulfills its obligations and makes a request for information disclosure, the Vizualize has the right to decide to provide the user with the necessary information such as the contact information of the other party to the transaction in order to facilitate the completion of the transaction or the resolution.
